Institutional quality. Independent by design.
After nearly a decade working across investment banking and principal investing, I founded Glarus Finance to bring institutional-quality financial analysis and strategic support to founders, investors and growing businesses without the overhead of a large advisory firm.

Throughout my career, I've advised on acquisitions, evaluated investment opportunities and developed the financial models, valuation analyses and investment materials that underpin complex investment decisions. My experience spans global investment banks, mid-market M&A advisory and principal investing, giving me perspective from both the adviser and investor side of the table.
Today, I work as an independent transaction and strategic finance partner, helping clients navigate acquisitions, fundraising and strategic initiatives through rigorous analysis, institutional-grade financial models and clear commercial insight.
My objective is simple: deliver institutional-quality work, provide objective advice and become a trusted long-term finance partner to every client I work with.
Background
My career began in investment banking, including experience with Bank of America, Rabobank, William Blair and Harris Williams, where I worked on buy-side and sell-side transactions across a range of industries. I later moved into principal investing, underwriting opportunities, preparing investment committee materials and supporting portfolio companies on strategic and capital allocation decisions.
I hold an MSc in Finance from Bocconi University and a BBA in Finance & Real Estate from Villanova University, providing the analytical foundation that continues to underpin my work today.
